Courtney is proud to call herself a Nashville Native and of the thriving metropolis her hometown is developing into.  After a successful career in Physical Therapy in the Washington D.C. area, Courtney retuned home to Nashville in 2005 and partnered with her mother, real estate veteran Missy Scoville.  Courtney has successfully closed over 500 real estate transactions (in excess of $300 Million in sales), won numerous industry awards, sat on countless boards and is managing Broker at Fridrich & Clark Realty.

Trustworthiness and professionalism are the hallmarks of the service that she provides to her clients.  Her goal is that by the time her clients reach the closing table, they view the entire process as having been seamless and most professional.  Courtney feels it’s most important that a client is happy with every aspect of their new home, neighborhood, and investment.

Courtney is the daughter of Lindsey Cooper and Missy Scoville, and married to Mike Pentecost.  She is the mother of three, step-mother to two, and enjoys spending all of her free time with her family and dogs.

Sherrie Hudson

Sherrie Hudson, REALTOR

Sherrie started her career in real estate in advertising, marketing and administrative support.  Her natural instinct as an empathetic listener and her valuable communication skills were key in her decision to become a licensed REALTOR in 2011.  Her down to earth style coupled with her stellar problem solving capabilities make the buying and seller process just that:  relaxed competence.

Her adventurous nature takes her all over the area:  exploring new places, tiny towns and hidden jewels.  Her real estate experience is much the same – she has successful transactions from Burns to Spring Hill and Murfreesboro…as well as her beloved East Nashville neighborhood.  Sherrie is married to David Kirkland and they share their rescue dog, Bennie.
